By accessing this website and booking services with Tammi Campbell Artistry, you agree to the following terms:

Intellectual Property
All images and content created by Tammi Campbell Artistry remain the intellectual property of the artist. Clients are granted personal-use rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Pricing & Sales Policy

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on services rendered, prints, print products, keepsakes, or digital images.

Due to the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we may arrange a replacement.

For commercial use or extended usage rights, please inquire about image licensing options.

Payments and Bookings
Session bookings may require a deposit. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Final images will be delivered upon completion of payment.

Gallery Delivery
Online galleries are available for a limited time. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased images.

Third-Party Platforms
This website is hosted through Pixieset. We are not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or technical issues outside our control.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or mission.

Animal Safety & Behavior

Clients are responsible for disclosing any history of aggression, anxiety, or behavioral concerns prior to the session. The safety of all individuals and animals is our top priority.

Tammi reserves the right to pause or terminate a session at any time if an animal displays aggressive or unsafe behavior, or if the environment is deemed unsafe. In such cases, deposits may be forfeited at the discretion of the photographer.

Clients assume responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their animal during the session.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
